Introducing Crazy Woman's Hobbies Blog

Sounds like a weird title, right?  Calling myself a "crazy woman"?  Well, at least I know I'm crazy.  And what I choose to do with it is create.

Now I realize it's customary to have separate blogs for individual hobbies.  But my problem is that I don't think I'd have enough to post on a regular basis if I stuck with just one hobby.

So here, you'll see posts that pertain to cooking (I'll probably refer to that as "kitchen alchemy") and something called "upcycling".  For my "upcycling" projects, I've worked with plastic shopping bags and grocery store advertisements.  I've also used those slick-feeling advertisements to make paper beads.  I've got other projects I either need to get back to work on, or plan to make in the future.  For instance, I plan to take some empty coffee bags and make wallets.

See?  If I blog about just one thing, you probably wouldn't have enough posts to read.  And I'm one of those types that loves sharing information like this.

Now with my hobbies, I don't consider myself an expert in any of it.  My creations are usually crude-looking.  Even so, the almost abstract quality of what I've made so far interests people out in the real world.

So without further ado, I'll leave you to enjoy the blog as it takes shape.
